Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Front End Developer with expertise in React JS to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should be a graduate from one of the top NIRF 50 colleges/universities and possess a strong competitive programming portfolio. This position is based remotely.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain user-facing features using React JS
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new features.
- Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
- Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and adhere to coding standards.

Responsibilities
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field from a top NIRF 50 college/university.
- Proven experience as a Front End Developer with expertise in React JS.
- Strong understanding of web markup, including HTML5 and CSS3.
- Experience with state management libraries such as Redux.
- Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git.
- Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Competitive programming portfolio showcasing problem-solving skills.
- Experience with responsive design and development.
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs and asynchronous request handling.
- Knowledge of modern authorization mechanisms, such as JSON Web Token.
- Familiarity with continuous integration and deployment.
Compensation
- CTC up to 12 LPA (Negotiable based on experience and skills)
