Refund Policy


We have a no refund policy for certification. If you have purchased a certification course and have received a seat confirmation for the same, you will not be eligible to get any refund.

There are certain situations where only partial refund can be granted (if applicable).

Refunds (if applicable)

For exceptional cases where we will consider refund, we will send you an email to acknowledge the same. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a 10-12 working days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We may replace the redeemed goodies if they are defective or damaged or shipped incorrectly. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at and send your item to us on receiving confirmation from our side. Please note that the discretion lies with us to approve or reject exchange in such case.
