About:
At CodeChef, we constantly strive to take competitive programming and all its aspects to every campus/organization we could. The SnackDown Representative Program (referred as SRP here onward) is just another step in that direction. With SRP, we intend to establish a network of like minded programming enthusiasts, to take SnackDown to campuses/organizations across the globe. Eligibility:
Everyone who loves programming contests as much as we do and want to create awareness regarding them in every way imaginable.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Introduce CodeChef SnackDown 2016 in their campus.
- Get maximum participation from their campus.
- Serve as a point contact for the institute and the CodeChef team. Note: There can be multiple representatives from a campus.
- Carry out the necessary marketing campaigns of SnackDown 2016 in your campus.
- Must at least try to get 10 active* registered teams from their respective campuses.

All SnackDown Representatives who get more than 10 Active team registrations Certificate of appreciation from CodeChef.
*Prizes for representative who gets certain no. of active** team registrations will be getting cash reward of: **Active team registrations: Teams which have registered and made at least one submission in the contest. A team which has registered and couldn’t compete in the contest is an inactive registration and doesn’t belong to this category. All the registered registered are expected to abide by CodeChef’s Code of Conduct

- How do I apply?
You just need to fill a small form on the Apply Button or click here and you are good to go.
- How are the representatives selected?
All the applications are subjected to small scrutiny based upon their responses. So, make sure you fill the form with absolute certainty about every word you write.
- How will I know if I have been selected?
We will be contacting all the selected representatives via email regarding their selection and their responsibilities.
- What are the benefits?
Apart from being an active part of one of the largest onsite programming competition in the world, there are several other benefits for our representatives.

All our representatives are absolutely eligible to take part in SnackDown.
- Can there be multiple representatives from the same institute/organization?
Yes, we can select multiple representatives for the same institute/organization.
