Zonal Informatics Olympiad (ZIO)
Zonal Informatics Olympiad (ZIO) is the preliminary round of the Indian Computing Olympiad. It is a pen and paper test, wherein students are required to solve questions using algorithmic techniques, although logic is enough to solve.
In our endeavor to help students better prepare for the preliminary round, we have compiled this archive of all the question papers from past years’ ZIO available on the website of IARCS. We, at CodeChef would like to express our gratitude Prof. Madhavan, Dean of Studies Chennai Mathematical Institute and the entire team of IARCS for all their efforts and contributions in helping us compile this extensive list. Their contribution towards improving the programming culture among Indian schools students is unparalleled, and we seek their support and encouragement in this and many other initiatives of ours.
We hope this list will help you in your preparation for the ZIO, your first step towards IOI. If you want to contribute to the list or in any other way to help us create awareness about programming among school students you can write to us at: firstname.lastname@example.org
